As a courtesy to your stylist, and their next guest, please arrive promptly to ensure the full amount of time for your service. If you are running late— your appointment may need to be shortened, and the anticipated full service may not be fulfilled. (for example; a full highlight may have to be shortened to a partial highlight, etc.)


In the event of a cancellation, or you need to reschedule, we ask that you please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can call (914) 218-3420, text (914) 893-2647 or e-mail to do so.


We highly recommend that you pre-book your next service prior to leaving the salon in order to have your preferred appointment date and time. You can always use our online booking system by clicking here. When booking, please provide your e-mail address in order to receive appointment confirmations and reminders.


Our services are a la carte, and are starting rates. Pricing varies by individual stylist expertise, color usage, time, and by length/volume of hair. If you have any questions, please reach out in regards to individual stylist pricing.


We accept Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Apple Pay.


We accept gratuities in Cash, Check, Venmo or Zelle only. Gratuities unfortunately cannot be added to credit cards, nor are we able to add them to gift certificates.


When using our online booking link— or booking directly from google— please be aware that the services available to book online are all singular, individual services. When booking a color service, you will receive a pop up notification giving you the option for add-on services. (gloss, blow dry, haircut, etc) If you do not add any additional services to your booking queue, they will not be included in your appointment, and we likely will not have time to add them in the day of. Also, when adding additional services, if you have a preference on a stylist, PLEASE SPECIFY the stylist you would like for EACH INDIVIDUAL SERVICE in the booking queue. If not, that service will automatically go to the first stylist available. (example here)


Due to the time and product used that goes into your custom service, Indulgence Beauty Bar does not offer refunds. We do offer adjustments to technical errors such as uneven haircuts, uneven hair color, bleed marks on hair color. Any errors need to be brought to our attention within 72 hours of your appointment. Any adjustment request made after 72 hours will not be accommodated. Adjustments need to be scheduled no later than 7 days after notifying the salon and need to be scheduled with the original stylist. Also, salon and stylists are not to be held liable for any damage to property during color service.
